User Interface for Excellence in Costumer Care
Developing an user interface for users working for customer service at Banco do Nordeste was a challenging task. The requirements revolved around having an easy and quick guided interface featuring informations that could help solving issues in their daily routine. It was a one-in-a-lifetime opportunity to make something using metaphors and illustrations.
So, we had this central character, playing the role of a colleague who could help providing useful information for the users. The user interface had lots of animation, interaction and links to guidelines, providing a funny experience for users and making easier for them to locate the information that they needed.
Sometimes interfaces don’t have to go the traditional way. You can add the “fun” element to the whole experience. The illustrations were based in photos taken by me in several scenarios at Banco do Nordeste campus.
